After 10 years of existence and solid self-financed growth, 2008 will see BSB listed on the stock exchange, providing a gateway to Europe-wide operations.

As a software publisher and IT service provider, we believe that the market is becoming increasingly international, a trend that looks set to dominate even more in the years to come. This is why we are looking to rapidly expand our geographical coverage and establish ourselves among the leading players in Europe. We intend to achieve this by drawing on our expertise in domestic markets, notably the insurance market.

In practical terms, BSB aims to secure new European markets using its flagship software Soliam and Solife. Once firmly established in a country with the help of these two software programmes, BSB will then offer its entire range of products and services: tailor-made projects, Internet portals, SAP expertise and Bank Suite software.

Becoming listed on the stock market is also certain to boost our ability to invest proactively in our products. The result will see customers receive a higher level of service and be better prepared when facing their own different challenges.
