The number of BSB’s employees has grown in line with the company’s business growth.

The number of people employed by BSB has increased from 3 at the beginning of 1996 to 220 at the end of 2008 and now stands at 252. Approximately 220 of these 252 employees are consultants, 90 % of whom are educated to master’s degree level (5 years of university studies).
